Earlier today a number of hosted websites experienced a brief period of unavailability due to a server-side maintenance operation that caused an unexpected service disruption. The issue was identified and resolved promptly. All services are now fully operational. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are reviewing our processes to prevent a recurrence.

Earlier today, our hosting infrastructure experienced a database configuration issue that affected a number of hosted websites. Our team identified the root cause and has been working through a structured restoration process.

The majority of sites have been restored to full operation. A small number of accounts are still being remediated and we expect full resolution shortly.
